RA Dr. Kaspar Kunisch
Kaspar Kunisch specializes in contract consulting and drafting of contracts in the fields of copyright and media law, in particular, for the music, film, TV and Internet industries. After studying law in Munich and Lausanne, he was admitted to the bar in 2003 and began his legal career as a corporate counsel at Kosmo Music GmbH.
He served as Head of Legal Affairs Department at Chet Records GmbH from 2004 and at Great Stuff GmbH from 2005, respectively. In 2006, he completed a specialized course in copyright and media law. From 2008 to 2015 he served as Director, Legal & Business Affairs in the Law Department at Sony Music Entertainment Germany. In 2011, he obtained a Doctorate (Dr. rer. pol.) in the field of broadcasting and Internet law. In 2013, he completed a specialized course in IT law.
From 2014 Dr. Kaspar Kunisch was Managing Director at B1 Recordings GmbH owned by producer and Executive Vice President A&R at Sony Music Entertainment, Wolfgang Boss. At the end of 2015, he took over the management of ARESA GmbH (Anglo-American Rights European Service Agency), which licenses the reproduction rights to the Anglo-American repertoire of BMG Rights Management for the online and mobile sectors.

Kaspar Kunisch is licensed as an attorney in the Federal Republic of Germany and is a member of the Rechtsanwaltskammer (Bar Association) for the Higher Regional Court District of Munich, Tal 33, 80331 Munich.
